An introductory workshop designed to begin your journey through the concepts and understandings of Choice Theory Psychology, described by Dr. Glasser.
These workshops will be delivered in small groups of 12 participants. Each workshop will be delivered face-to-face or via zoom.
By adopting and living the concepts and beliefs of Choice Theory, you can manage life more effectively. You can learn to self-evaluate and practice happiness more successfully.
In this program, the concepts of Choice Theory® will be presented for you to decide whether you think this theory of behaviour makes sense to you on a personal level.
